Budget: ₹12,500 – ₹37,500 INR
We are looking for a way to extract the following accounting information from SAP (R/3 and HANA) for consumption in a downstream web application.
1. Chart of accounts with closing balances
2. Trial Balance at ledger level - Opening and closing
3. Trial Balance of customers - Opening and closing
4. Trial Balance of suppliers - Opening and closing
5. Transaction dump - with due dates for purchase / payment transactions
Inviting quotes from SAP R/3 consultants who can provide information most optimal solution to extract this information, for multiple companies, on an ongoing basis. (This is not a one-time data extraction / migration project)
We do not have an instance of SAP, hence inviting quotations only from consultants who have access to an instance with sample data.
Deliverables would be:
1. Dump of reports (Excel or CSV) containing all the above information - preferably for multiple sample companies and financial years
2. Step-by-step instructions for SAP users on how to extract these reports from SAP r/3.
