Required Skills & Experience:
10+ years of experience in SAP Production Planning (PP) and SAP PPDS.
Strong experience in SAP S/4HANA Production Planning and Execution, including configuring and customizing processes such as Material Requirement Planning, Variant Configuration, and Production Execution.
Expertise in Discrete and Repetitive Manufacturing, Inventory Management, and MES Integration.
Minimum of 2 S/4HANA greenfield end-to-end implementations.
Knowledge of WRICEF objects, EDI, IDoc, and batch processing in Production Planning.
Strong integration knowledge of PP with Sales (SD), Materials Management (MM), and Finance (FI/CO) modules.
Experience in Variant Configuration and MES Integration.
SAP product certifications are a plus.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to guide teams in resolving complex issues in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent analytical and communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively at all business levels, including senior stakeholders.
Experience in conducting design workshops and project management.
Fluency in English, both verbal and written.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead SAP PP/PPDS implementation and support activities remotely for US-based clients.
Configure and customize SAP Production Planning and Execution processes.
Ensure seamless integration between PP, SD, MM, and FI/CO modules.
Drive workshops, stakeholder meetings, and solution design sessions.
Provide leadership and mentorship to team members for complex issue resolution.
