Romanian Company Dissolution & Accounting
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
My Romanian SRL has recorded zero activity for the past financial year and I am ready to shut it down through dizolvare + lichidare. Before the file can be accepted by ONRC and ANAF I need two things handled end-to-end:
1. Annual accounting for a dormant year
– full financial-statement pack in Romanian format (bilant, note explicative, administrator report)
– tax filing for a non-VAT entity (D100 / D101 or the current micro-return, plus D394 not applicable)
2. Closure paperwork
– final balance sheet and descriptive report required at the start and end of liquidation
– preparation of the dissolution & liquidation resolutions, formularistica ONRC, and electronic XML/PDF for ANAF
– submission guidance until both institutions confirm deregistration
I will supply the last approved statements, bank letters proving zero movement, and all founding documents. What I need back are clean PDFs ready to sign, the corresponding XML files, and clear instructions on where and how to file them online (e-sig flow) so everything is accepted the first time.
