Rockstar Bookkeeper for Spiritual Thought leader

Would you like to impact other people’s lives spiritually and mindfully through your work?
We are looking for you then! We are hiring teammates for a spiritual thought leader.
We are looking for a top-notch Bookkeeper to help us with the following assignments (including but not limited to):
• Help prepare 2021 and 2022 tax liabilities for the accountant
• Creation of invoices and balance sheets, reconciliation of checking account and credit card accounts
• Monthly budget and savings (both for personal and professional)
• QuickBooks proficient
• Accounts payable and accounts receivable maintenance.
You are a perfect match if you are:
• Proactive and self-reliant
• Self-managing and respectful of deadline accomplishments
• Familiar with Project Management tools (ideally, not a must)
• English proficient and be able to communicate in a professional accounting firm in the US. (It would be great if you also speak Spanish, as the current team is bilingual ?but is not required)
• Ideally GMT-6 (+/-3hrs).
