Risk Management Assessment -- 2

I am to act like a Hedge fund manager, Analyse the existing Portfolio, and Decide the stocks to hold and the stocks to sell and buy with good ones. The guilt in the portfolio is already mature and converted to cash and it should be used to buy better equity that will do well for a long time ( at least ten years).
The total words should not be more than 2500 words minus references.
I have also attached the files that will guide you on what to do. I have also run the Financial analysis on Bloomberg and exported it to excel and attached it to this mail
I need this to be read by the 6th of January 2023.
