Review property tax returns to extract needed info/data for property disposition/ownership split with partner -- 2

I need someone available immediately to review many years of tax returns for a 2 & 3 family house I own with a partner and to extract salient data from them in order for me to continue negotiating a split with my property partner.

I believe this is is gonna be best handled with an hourly rate.

If not from the US, I need to see proof of previous work showing you have full understanding of our accounting laws/practices.
