Retail QuickBooks Bookkeeping Support
Budget: $15 – $25 USD
I run a retail business and need someone to keep my QuickBooks file accurate, tidy, and up to date. All day-to-day sales, supplier bills, payment runs, and bank feeds already flow into QuickBooks; what I’m missing is the regular attention that turns that raw data into reliable books.
Here’s what I would like delivered:
• Weekly or fortnightly coding of all transactions, matched to the correct chart-of-accounts categories and classes.
• Reconciliation of every bank, credit-card, and payment-gateway account so the balances in QuickBooks mirror my actual statements.
• A month-end close that produces a clean P&L, balance sheet, and cash-flow snapshot I can rely on for inventory orders and marketing spend decisions.
• Ongoing review of any suspense or uncategorised entries, with questions flagged promptly so issues don’t pile up.
Everything must stay inside QuickBooks Online; I’m not looking to migrate systems. I’ll supply you with read/write access, statement PDFs, and any point-of-sale or payment-processor reports you need. Accuracy comes first, but speed matters too—the goal is to have each month closed by the 5th of the following month.
If that sounds straightforward and you’re comfortable navigating QuickBooks in a retail environment (multiple payment methods, occasional returns, and sales-tax considerations), I’m ready to get the books in perfect shape together.
