I’m taking a single-family property through a full-scale rehab and need an experienced hand to keep every moving part aligned from start to finish. The scope covers vendor and contractor coordination, day-to-day scheduling, material procurement, and tight project accounting—it’s all equally important to me, so I’m looking for someone who can own the entire workflow rather than a single slice of it.
You’ll be liaising with trades, confirming lead times, placing and tracking material orders, and updating the overall timeline so crews stay productive and costs stay transparent. A working knowledge of tools such as Microsoft Project (or a comparable scheduling platform), QuickBooks/Excel for cost tracking, and any construction-management suite like Flipper Force will help you hit the ground running.
Key deliverables
• A master schedule with weekly look-ahead updates
• An up-to-date vendor and contractor roster with contact and contract status
• A live procurement log detailing orders, delivery dates, and variances
• A cost tracker that reconciles invoices, change orders, and overall budget
