Reports and spreadsheets

I'm looking for an experienced Freelancer to help me with my project. I need someone to create weekly financial, expert witness, and project management reports and spreadsheets. I'm open to suggestions on how to create these documents, and I'm looking for someone with expertise in providing cost breakdown reports.
