Rental Property Accounting Set Up

I own and manage two rental properties and I'm looking for an accounting professional to set up an accounting system for me.
Key Requirements:
- Creation of a comprehensive Excel sheet or setup of appropriate accounting software.
- I need monthly accounting updates. This includes tracking and forecasting bills due for the entire year, including recurring payments like electricity, gas, mobile, car payments, etc.
- No need for integration with online payment systems like PayPal or Stripe.
Ideal Skills:
- Proven experience in property accounting and able to show evidence of similar projects.
- Proficiency in Excel or accounting software to manage monthly accounts.
