I need a spreadsheet to track income and expenses for my residential rental properties.
I need columns for the date, income, expense, then the properties I own a 4 plex, a duplex and a single family home so I need each property to also have a income and expense column and have a Columbus for each individual apartment and a column for misc expenses I need the formulas to work so that the total of the 3 property income equals the total income and the total expense for the properties equal the expense column. Help please!
