Remote Tally Bookkeeping & Reconciliation
Budget: ₹1,500 – ₹12,500 INR
I run a portfolio of small businesses and need ongoing help keeping every rupee accounted for in Tally. You will connect to my screen through TeamViewer or AnyDesk and post entries while I’m available for quick clarifications.
Payment is straightforward: ₹20 per sales invoice and ₹15 per purchase invoice, released as soon as each session’s postings are reviewed.
During each session you will:
• Enter every purchase and sales voucher
• Reconcile bank statements inside Tally
• Match GST returns with books and flag mismatches
• Reconcile vendor and customer ledgers so balances tie out
• Close the month and roll forward opening balances
• Answer day-to-day accounting queries that crop up
Because the work centres on owner-managed, small-scale entities, practical experience with similar businesses in Tally is essential. When you apply, highlight that experience—screenshots or brief anecdotes that show you’ve solved reconciliation or GST issues for other small firms tell me far more than a formal proposal.
