I need a seasoned bookkeeper to run a focused, three-day remote program that equips a film actor with the skills to manage their own finances confidently. Sessions will be hosted on Google Meet and must begin as soon as we can align calendars.
Over the three days, please walk the participant through the essentials of day-to-day bookkeeping, show how to track a film project budget in real time, and explain the tax obligations that typically apply to performers. Hands-on examples drawn from production expenses, talent fees, and union deductions will help the material stick.
Deliverables
• Agenda and slides for each of the three live Google Meet sessions
• Practical spreadsheets or bookkeeping software templates the actor can reuse
• A concise cheat-sheet covering key tax deadlines and record-keeping tips
• Brief end-of-course assessment or exercise to confirm the actor can enter, categorise, and reconcile sample transactions successfully
I’m aiming for clear, engaging instruction—camera on, screen-share ready, plenty of Q&A—so our actor leaves the workshop ready to keep books accurately from the first day on set.
