**Project Title:**
Compliance Manager for MALLIAKKAL TRADERS PRIVATE LIMITED (Bengaluru, India) – One-Year Contract

**Description:**
MALLIAKKAL TRADERS PRIVATE LIMITED, based in Bengaluru, India, is seeking a qualified and experienced Compliance Manager to oversee and ensure adherence to all statutory compliance requirements for a period of one year (September 2024 to September 2025). The role includes managing all necessary filings and regulations related to MCA, ROC, GST, and Income Tax.

**Scope of Work:**
- **MCA and ROC Compliance:**
- Timely filing of all forms and returns with the Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA) and Registrar of Companies (ROC).
- Annual return filing, including financial statements, board resolutions, and other documents.

- **GST Compliance:**
- Monthly/quarterly filing of GST returns.
- Managing GST audits and ensuring correct reconciliation.

- **Income Tax Compliance:**
- Preparation and timely filing of income tax returns for the company.
- Ensuring accurate tax deductions (TDS) and compliance with all income tax laws.

- **General Compliance Management:**
- Staying updated with all changes in regulatory requirements and ensuring the company meets them.
- Provide periodic reports on the compliance status.
- Coordinate with internal teams and auditors to ensure smooth compliance processes.

**Requirements:**
- Experience with MCA, ROC, GST, and Income Tax compliance.
- Familiarity with compliance requirements for Indian private limited companies.
- Proven track record of managing corporate compliance for at least 2-3 years.
- Strong knowledge of the Companies Act 2013, GST regulations, and income tax laws in India.
- Ability to work independently and provide timely updates.

**Contract Period:**
October 2024 – September 2025 (1 year)

**Compensation:**
(negotiable based on experience and qualifications).

Remote, India.
