Refine Intercompany Financing Documents
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I’m working with two short, related agreements—an Accession Agreement and a Utilisation Request—supporting an intercompany financing master loan (which is about 10 pages and will be provided for reference only but the document is already executed and the mechanics in the accession agreement and utilsation request have already been noted so there is nothing to do on the master loan it is just provided for reference. Each is only one to two pages, and I’ve inserted comments that highlight drafting errors and raise specific questions.
I need a contract-law specialist to:
• Review both annotated drafts.
• Resolve every highlighted drafting error, tighten language, and fix any cross-references or definitions that don’t read cleanly.
• Ensure the wording is enforceable and commercially sound for an intercompany financing context.
• Provide two files per document: one showing tracked changes and one clean final, plus a brief note explaining key fixes so I understand the rationale.
The scope is intentionally limited to these documents—no extra clauses unless essential to correct an inconsistency. A quick, concise turnaround with clear, professional drafting is what I’m after.
