Real Estate Quickbooks Bookkeeping- As Needed Basis

We are a small Commercial Real Estate Development firm and I am looking for help with our Quickbooks accounting/bookkeeping. We deal with a lot of Real Estate transactions so ideally we would like to have someone who has experience in this field (ALTA settlement statement journal entries, CAM fees, budget tracking, reconciling, etc.). I have worked in accounting in the last couple of years but I am new to the Real Estate side of it, therefore, I need someone I can seek out for guidance when needed. We have 8 properties currently and I have fallen behind on the accounting as I have had to prioritize other items for the time being. We need someone who is able to fill in as needed
