Real Estate Book Keeper
Budget: $8 – $15 USD
I am looking for a bookkeeper for my small real estate company.
-100-200 transactions/month across 10 properties.
-The majority of transactions are recurring (rents, utilities, mortgage payments, etc.).
-Stessa Experience would be great.
Relationship
-Monthly meeting to close out each month and then a
-Profit & loss report per property (which Stessa auto generates if you are unfamiliar with the software).
-Optional: Distribution breakdown as well for our investors (about 5 investors)
