Quicken Expert Required for Personal & Property Finances
Budget: $8 – $15 USD
I'm seeking a Quicken professional to help me streamline and organize my personal finances along with managing over 5 rental properties. Must be able to show proof of having expert level knowledge of Quicken (not QuickBooks)
Key tasks would include:
- Setting up appropriate categories for my financial transactions
- Linking mortgage payments to the respective properties and bank accounts
- Organizing all my accounts for easy access and understanding.
I have used Quicken regularly in the past, but I believe an expert's touch is needed to ensure everything is optimally set up and functioning.
Ideal skills for this job include:
- Extensive experience and knowledge of Quicken (not QuickBooks)
- Prior experience with managing rental properties in financial software
- Strong organizational skills
- Excellent attention to detail.
