Quickbooks set up for non profit
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I am looking for a Quickbooks expert to set up Quickbooks for my non profit organization. I am currently not using Quickbooks, but I have previous financial data that needs to be imported. The level of complexity of my financial transactions is intermediate, with some complex transactions and a moderate structure.
Skills and experience required:
- Extensive knowledge and experience in Quickbooks, specifically in setting up Quickbooks for non profit organizations
- Proficiency in importing and organizing financial data
- Ability to handle complex financial transactions and structures
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and organization.
- Establish a quick books financial system for a non-profit that collects funds from two types of donors, student sponsors and general donors to create funding for student tuition and expenses related to the overall mission of the non-profit.
- We would like to see the ties between stripe, paypal, check and any other service set up to track the donors funding which may be provided monthly, quarterly, semi-annually, or annually.
- We would like quick books to send out reminders for payment or reminders for overdue payments to ensure accurate accounting.
- We would also like to see the system take care of expense reporting as well showing costs for the school, teachers, etc. We currently have a lot of this set-up in excel and want to move this quickbooks.
