We use Projects in QBO
The transactions are not adding up correctly in the Overview Tab of Projects:
For Instance in this Project it shows in transactions
Estimate: $26198.99
Invoice: $18339.29
Deposit: $18339.29
Payment: $0 closed
Expense: $3827.08
Bill: $10307.08
This specific project had the following actual transactions that match the Bank records
EXPENSES
7/29/2022 Bank wire SENT for Job Supplies: $8327.08
11/16/2022 Bank wire SENT for Job supplies: $10307.08
INCOME
5/16/2022 Bank wire received from client $18339.29
We need to fix the accounts that that these items and future items are posting to so the accounting on the project is correct
I will want to do a team viewer or screen sharing session with a QBO expert
