Quickbooks help for Real Estate Development/Construction
Budget: $25 – $50 USD
I use a desktop version of Quickbooks: Premier Contractor Edition.
First task:
I need to close out a number of development/construction projects for 2022. Can you help me? I have two or three projects that I need to close out each project with their items and such.
Do you have that specific experience? I'm assuming it is pretty easy but would rather work with someone that has done it and if so, please tell me what you have done. Don't tell me can without backing it up.
Second task. I would also like to move this file to Quickbooks Online and would need someone to do this for me. If you can do both, that would be helpful.
Third task: I would like to hire a either a bookkeeper or a step higher level to help me make better sense of my financial position.
Initially, I am looking to do the first task but if successful, will move to the other two tasks.
And again, please let me know your experience and give examples or referrals.
