Quickbooks Support and long-term bookkeeping

We need regular support with bookkeeping on Quickbooks. We would like someone with experience setting up quickbooks and providing best practices and procedures and provide an effective way to help us consolidate and report on results, to include cashflow monthly. Our current turnover is fairly low - we only have 2 employees and 2 full-time consultants. Expenses are fairly limited for now but expecting this to grow significantly. Also looking for someone that could help with bookkeeping long term.
