Quickbooks Set up for Wine business
Budget: $10 – $20 SGD
We have a part-time position for a Singapore-based bookkeeper/accountant who has experience and detailed knowledge of Quickbooks online. We want to set up Quickbooks for our Singapore private limited company. This will only suit someone who is happy to work in a collaborative environment with our team.
This will initially involve the following, with the possibility of ongoing book-keeping duties thereafter:-
1. Setting up Quickbooks online (creating the set of accounts, creating supplier and client data, whatever else is needed) (This must be done in close liaison with us so that we can work together to agree on the right set-up for our business);
2. Creating opening balances as at Aug 1st 2021 (our y/e is July 31st);
3. Assist to load historical data from Aug 1st to the Present. Data will be provided in Excel.
4. New sales transactions will be automatically updated from our website directly into Quickbooks.
3. Check and verify for all transactions from the period Aug 1st 2021, to the Present. To create an accurate final ledger for year-end on July st 2022.
