Home based but well established 20+ year business in USA
Seeking part time bookkeeper.
Spend first 5+- days initially in office for you to bring books and records up to date and balanced.
Thereafter 1 day a month or virtually required to keep books in order.
Input checks, deposits, coding credit card bills, attribute each to correct income or expense
Experience with importing bank statements and allocating bank entries, reconciling them manually for multiple accounts.
Create Quickbooks reports as requested for analysis.
Preferably Should have your own Quickbooks Pro CD.
Please indicate kinds of businesses and bookkeeping experience you currently or previously do or have done work for.
Must be honest, reliable, and intelligent.
