Quickbooks Online for non-profit

I am needing a bookkeeper who knows how to do bookkeeping for non-profits. We have a federal grant that we just received and it has it's own bookkeeping requirements. We have a food bank and the inventory has to be logged in to QuickBooks through a separate software called "One UP" ....a google product.
Monthly reports need to be prepared, payroll for 10 employees and 990 prep each year.
