Quickbooks & Lightspeed Retail Integration

We have recently implemented Quote Machine (for our wholesale ops) and Lightspeed (retail and e-comm) with integration of Lightspeed to our QBO. The apps are up, running, and functioning reasonably well for most transactions. However, some transactions (e.g. credit memos and invoice adjustments created in Quote Machine) are not being sent to QBO. I'm looking for a professional who can assess our current Quote Machine / Lightspeed / Quickbooks integration and help us optimize and determine if we can get credit memos and invoice adjustments to post to QBO. We would also like an assessment of our current integration/application environment to determine if our current configuration is optimal ( the QBO app is not processing any sales or inventory transactions, only receiving dollar posts when registers are closed in Lightspeed...Quote Machine and Lightspeed are effectively the systems of record for all sales and inventory transactions.

It is necessary to have experience with all three: Quote Machine, Lightspeed Retail, and Quickbooks. An existing Quickbooks account is already in place, so you should be comfortable working with it. Let's streamline my business operations and enhance efficiency.
