Quickbooks General Analysis and NetSuite Migration

Project Background
We have a client who would like to migrate away from their on-premises QuickBooks (QB) environment to NetSuite.
First step is to review their current QB setup and see what you can do. Since their QB is
on-premises, and we have read only access, you could use AnyDesk so that you can take a look.
I have attached so some snapshots. We are software developers and are not familiar with QB and/or NetSuite, but with APIs of any kind, we can do anything you need. I would love to find a phenomenal person who knows QB and NetSuite.
Initially the project would require the items below, however if they like what we do with regards to the migration strategy, this could go from assisting them in their migration to a wonderful recurring opportunity.
Initial Project Tasks
1. Export Current Company (if needed)
2. Create a Test Company Called KeyCoPH from current Live Company
3. Prepare a document and/or diagram of their current on-premises QB environment
4. Prepare a document and/or diagram of migrating them to NetSuite (QB, Checks, Invoicing etc.)
