Switching from Quickbooks Enterprise to Zoho One
Electronics distribution company
-Set up Zoho to be able to function the same way we use Quickbooks Enterprise.
-Match up custom fields as needed
-create communication templates to match or improve upon current templates (invoices, purchase orders)
-Assist in Creating users and permissions groups
-Set up Chart of Accounts
-Set up all lists (reps, payment types, etc)
-Import All items including custom fields
-Import All Customers including custom fields, create custom fields in Zoho to match as needed along the way
-Import all Invoices including custom fields, create custom fields in Zoho to match as needed along the way
-Import All Payments including custom fields, create custom fields in Zoho to match as needed along the way
-Import All Credit Memos including custom fields, create custom fields in Zoho to match as needed along the way
-Import All Vendors including custom fields, create custom fields in Zoho to match as needed along the way
-Import All Purchase Orders including custom fields, create custom fields in Zoho to match as needed along the way
-Import All Items Receipts including custom fields, create custom fields in Zoho to match as needed along the way
-Import All Bills including custom fields, create custom fields in Zoho to match as needed along the way
Anything else not addressed above, call out and address before beginning the project. Not looking to "learn as we go"
Looking to confirm competency and also can discuss payment strategy and estimate, will be hourly as reach pre-agreed upon Milestones.
Data goes back to 2005

Will need the person to make sure all data has a clear place to be migrated into.
We use many item types in Quickbooks Enterprise, as well as some custom fields on customers.
