Switching from Quickbooks Enterprise to Zoho One

-Set up Zoho to be able to function the same way we use Quickbooks Enterprise.
-Match up custom fields as needed
-create communication templates to match or improve upon current templates (invoices, purchase orders)

-Assist in Creating users and permissions groups
-Set up Chart of Accounts
-Set up all lists (reps, payment types, etc)
-Import All items
-Import All Customers
-Import all Invoices
-Import All Payments
-Import All Credit Memos

-Import All Vendors

-Import All Purchase Orders
-Import All Items Receipts
-Import All Bills

Anything else not addressed above, call out and address.

We are switching platforms and need somebody to help migrate the data smoothly.

Will need the person to make sure all data has a clear place to be migrated into.

We use many item types in Quickbooks Enterprise, as well as some custom fields on customers.
