I am in need of a freelancer who can help me with setting up a Quickbooks Desktop company file for my non-profit projects.
Quickbooks Version: Quickbooks Desktop 2016
Multiple User Access: Yes - There will be multiple users who require access to the company file.
Audit Trail: Maybe, I'm not sure - I may need an audit trail for the company file, but I am unsure at the moment.
Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Proficiency in Quickbooks Desktop
- Experience in setting up company files for non-profit organizations
- Knowledge of how to manage multiple user access in Quickbooks
- Familiarity with audit trail features in Quickbooks
Expected deliverables:
• Quickbooks company file with all the necessary chart of accounts created according to our business activities, where quarterly financial statements visible according to your recommendations
• Small guide document for operation (data entry) and current chart of accounts so on, so to understand the submitted company files structure.
• Answer any questions that arise after company file submitted that are related to the submitted work.
Will provide a list of potential activities and sample of our current business activities to work on this project.
