Quickbooks Accounting Cleanup & Reconciliation
Budget: $8 – $15 USD
I need a meticulous professional with comprehensive experience in QuickBooks for the specific tasks outlined below:
- Process open bank transactions imported from bank accounts (about 600)
- Reconcile 3 accounts for the years 2022, 2023, and 2024. Have all statements ready, most with images.
- AR Cleanup: The Open Invoice list includes important notes for all open invoices, most of which have been paid. Please ensure these notes are accurately reflected.
- Undeposited funds cleanup - Intuit transactions were recorded to undeposited funds - Also caused small AP problem
- Address Balance Mismatch & Missing Transactions: There are some discrepancies in the accounts that need to be rectified. Example - Cash withdrawn from bank account to go to USPS Trust account but not the full amount went in. Remainder needs to go to the contractors we paid in cash.
If this project is handled quickly and cost-effectively, this could be a monthly service to keep the books current.
