Quickbook file Cleanup and data entry

I'm looking for an experienced CPA to help with restaurant Quickbook file cleanup and data entry project. I'm using "QuickBooks Desktop Pro 2022" for this project, and need help cleaning up 3-5 years of data. Looking to reconcile CC/bank statements, review entered data and classification against the charts of accounts, review P&L and Balance sheets for anomalies, fix any identified anomalies, etc.
I need someone who is skilled in dealing with data entry and has an understanding of QuickBooks Desktop Pro 2022 in particular; this is critical in order to successfully complete the project. Someone who can take the time to sort through and analyze the data is essential. Accuracy and attention to detail are also required in order to achieve the desired outcome. The CPA must be experienced in GAAP and familiar of IRS codes. We need such cleanup ahead of filing amended taxes for the last 5 years.
The project also requires a careful approach to ensure quality results. I'm looking for someone who is highly organized and can effectively manage multiple tasks. Additionally, the person I choose should be able to interpret the data and make accurate decisions while working on the project. We can hire on per hour or fixed price.
