QuickBooks Specialist Required

I have my yearly bank statements and all the data is already inputted in QuickBooks. I have a few questions. As the balance is not getting matched, also some entries, unable to categorize them. I need some who is expert in QuickBooks so they can finalize whatever started. Maximum 1-2 hours help is needed. My business is in Canada. so all the business entries are for Canada .
