QuickBooks Setup for Charity
Budget: $15 – $25 USD
I'm seeking an experienced QuickBooks professional to help set up an efficient workflow and chart of accounts tailored for our charity organization, USS Cleveland Legacy Foundation (usscleveland.org).
Organization Background:
- Currently have a Quickbooks account that is linked with Chase Bank account and Fundraising/CRM software Bloomerang
- Current migration of data from Bloomerang and Chase needs to be overhauled for easier chart of account use
- Managing Director handling day-to-day finances and needs training on best Quickbooks Online practices
Key Tasks:
- Design and implement a chart of accounts specific to our fundraising events and commissioning activities.
- Set up a QuickBooks workflow that streamlines our financial tracking and reporting.
Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Proficiency in QuickBooks, especially for nonprofit organizations.
- Strong understanding of nonprofit accounting and financial management.
- Experience in setting up workflows and charts of accounts.
- Prefer proficiency in using Bloomerang CRM and Fundrasing software
