QuickBooks: Reconciliation & Transaction Categorization

I need an expert in Quickbooks to overhaul my financials. The project involves:
- Reconciliation of two bank accounts
- Categorizing all transactions in QuickBooks
I don't have a specific categorization scheme in place, so I am looking for a Freelancer to create one, but I will be involved in approving the categorization scheme and all transactions moving forward.
