QuickBooks Online Yearly Setup

I need a fresh QuickBooks Online file built and brought fully up to date for the last twelve months. Once the company settings, chart of accounts, and opening balances are in place, I want every expense, bill, and linked bank transaction entered and correctly categorised.

All supporting PDFs and statements are at my fingertips; I just have to pull them from email and banking portals, so you can expect the source documents within a day of project kick-off.

I’m looking for an accountant or bookkeeper who works comfortably inside QuickBooks Online, can import statements, match transactions, and reconcile each month so that the books are clean and ready for my accountant.
