QuickBooks Online Exisiting Account Changes and Clean Up
Budget: $15 – $25 CAD
We are a Canadian company that needs help with our Quickbooks Online accounting. Currently, our system is not optimized or organized in a way that makes it a useful management tool. We have been using this product for years but it is a mess and we need to get it under control to be able to make better decisions and avoid extra charges from our accountant each year when they have to sort it out for our taxes.
We are looking for a highly experienced and qualified Quickbooks expert that can help us:
1. Clean up the existing records, including the general journal, payables, and receivables.
2. Add classes so we can track company divisions.
3. Assist in the migration of our payroll from a third-party payroll provider to Quickbooks payroll.
4. Advise on best practices to avoid the books getting into this state again.
5. Take any guidance from our accountants to reconcile our past filings.
6. Generally, help us make Quickbooks the management tool it was meant to be.
This could become an ongoing engagment.
