QuickBooks Integration and Balance Sheet

We post from Appfolio Property Mgmt's monthly trial balance to quickbooks via a JE manually to record the Appfolio activity in Quickbooks for the parent company. The Balance sheet items are off when I compare and I don't understand why. I need help with this to close our year for 2024. I believe we are pulling the information from Appfolio incorrectly or running the Balance Sheet incorrectly in Appfolio. An Appfolio expert would be helpful since this program is not GAAP compliant and maybe the reports we are running in Appfolio are pulling from different tables. Not sure but this project is urgent and time sensitive.
