QuickBooks HubSpot Field Sync Audit
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I need an experienced QuickBooks Online + HubSpot specialist to look over my current setup and tell me, in plain language, why three key data points—Territory, Class, and Terms of payment on invoices in Quickbooks online —aren’t flowing between the two platforms. I chose “Syncing specific fields/columns” because the basics of the native integration work; it’s these three values that refuse to appear in HubSpot.
Here’s what I’m expecting:
• A brief screen-share-based review of my QuickBooks Online file so you can verify how (or if) those fields are stored now.
• Clear guidance on whether I should add or relabel custom fields in QuickBooks, create matching properties in HubSpot, or rely on middleware such as HubSpot Operations Hub, Zapier, or similar. I haven’t tried any third-party apps yet, so I’m open to recommendations.
• Hands-on help mapping the fields and running an initial sync so I can see the data land correctly from Hubspot to Quickbooks online (one way only)
• A concise, written walkthrough that captures each step you took, so I can repeat or edit the workflow in the future.
Acceptance criteria
1. Territory in Quickbooks would be the country of the client in Hubspot, Class is a fixed text that needs to be filled in quickbooks for each invoice, the same as Terms of payment. all of these should appear in the correct Quickbookso online fields: Class, Territory and Terms of payment without manual intervention.
2. No existing data in either system is overwritten or lost.
3. The final documentation lets a non-technical teammate reproduce the sync.
If you’ve solved similar field-mapping headaches before, especially in QuickBooks Online, I’d love to get this wrapped up quickly.
