Goal:
Set up QuickBooks Desktop (English) from zero to control all financial activity.
The purpose is not for tax reporting but for accurate daily tracking of where money comes from and where it goes (cash, card, or bank) across all businesses.

Systems to Connect:

Loyverse POS – for all on-site sales (Café, Boutique, Dive Shop)

DiverDesk – for diving bookings and payments

Both integrate with QuickBooks Desktop via Amaka, Synder, or Zapier

What to Track:

Separate cash, card, and bank accounts for each business

Income and expenses assigned to the correct business class

Daily sales and deposits from POS and DiverDesk

Transfers between cash and bank accounts

Reports Needed:

Profit & Loss by Class

Sales by Payment Method

Expenses by Business

Bank Reconciliation Summary

Tutor Tasks:

Create one QuickBooks company file with four Classes

Build a chart of accounts (cash, bank, income, expenses)

Connect Loyverse POS and DiverDesk integrations

Test data flow from both systems

Train Jessie to record transactions, reconcile accounts, and read reports
