QuickBooks-Compatible IT Solution
Budget: £1,500 – £3,000 GBP
am looking for an IT solution to streamline our invoicing and delivery process while ensuring seamless integration with QuickBooks. QuickBooks does not fully meet our needs, particularly in generating delivery notes and customizing invoices. Below is an outline of what I require:
Custom Invoice & Delivery Note System
We will enter all order details into an Excel spreadsheet.
The system should generate an invoice from our company (not through QuickBooks).
At the same time, a delivery note should be automatically created based on the invoice details.
The system should print two copies of the delivery note:
One for the company, which the customer signs on collection.
One for the customer to keep.
QuickBooks Integration
Once a week, I need to be able to upload all invoices into QuickBooks.
Data Storage & Monthly Statements
All invoicing data should be stored for record-keeping.
At the end of each month, Excel should generate a custom statement that looks more professional than the one QuickBooks provides.
A copy of each statement should be automatically saved in Outlook under a designated "Statements" folder.
Branding
I also require a professional logo to be designed for the business.

The solution should be a desktop application. The solution should be developed using Java. The system should include the following additional feature(s): all of the above.
