QuickBooks Commission and Overhead set up

I want to make Quickbooks online deduct overhead for projects and calculate commissions. We currently use Projects, print the Project Profit Report and type the info into Excel. Can we make quickbooks online do this? Construction commission= 20 Net, 50-50. Income minus 20%, minus expenses, 50%
