QuickBooks Cleanup & Year-End Reports

My 2025 books in QuickBooks Online need a full tune-up. I have just 1–2 linked bank and credit-card accounts, yet every transaction for the past year still has to be reviewed, reconciled, and correctly categorized. Once everything balances, I need the standard year-end package—Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow—ready for my tax preparer.

After closing 2025, I also want the 2026 file ready to roll, complete with opening balances and the recurring rules that will keep things organized going forward.

Deliverables
• All 2025 transactions reconciled and accurately categorized
• P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow (PDF + Excel) covering 01/01/25–12/31/25
• Books locked with a proper closing date and audit trail intact
• 2026 company year opened with starting balances and banking rules in place

Acceptance criteria
Balances must tie out to bank statements to the penny, no uncategorized items may remain, and QuickBooks Online should show zero reconciliation discrepancies.

I’ll provide accountant-level access along with bank statements as soon as we agree on timing. Proven expertise in QuickBooks Online and tax-ready small-business bookkeeping is essential.
