QuickBooks AR Cleanup Specialist

I need an expert in QuickBooks Online to organize and correct our Accounts Receivable. The goal is to create invoices for minor overpayments and ensure all customer payments are accurately posted. I need a list of invoices to help research (more than just an over payment). Collaboration with the account owner is essential for reviewing customer accounts and posting missed payments.
