I'm in search of a seasoned professional with extensive QuickBooks experience for my bookkeeping needs. This role encompasses managing both my sales and operational expenses on a monthly basis, as well as assisting with tax preparation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recording transactions: This includes all income and expenses.
- Reconciling accounts: Ensuring that all accounts are balanced and discrepancies are resolved.
- Tax Preparation: Assisting with tax prep as part of the bookkeeping services.
Ideal Skills:
- Proficient in QuickBooks
- Detail-oriented
- Excellent in problem-solving and account reconciliation
- Experience in Tax Accounting
- Familiarity with Xero is a plus.
