QuickBooks Bookkeeping Support
Budget: $750 – $1,500 USD
I’m looking for a detail-oriented bookkeeper who can jump straight into my QuickBooks file and keep it clean, current, and decision-ready. Day to day you’ll be entering and coding every transaction from bank feeds, matching them to source documents, and making sure nothing slips through the cracks.
At month-end I rely on accurate bank and credit-card reconciliations, followed by a concise set of financial statements that I can hand to my accountant without rework. Timeliness is important to me: weekly entries, monthly closes within five business days.
Deliverables
• All current-period transactions recorded and classified in QuickBooks
• Bank, credit-card, and payment-platform accounts fully reconciled
• Balance Sheet and Profit & Loss exported to PDF and Excel by close date
• Brief variance notes when something looks unusual
I’ll provide view-only online banking access, prior-year files, and a shared folder for invoices and receipts. Let me know your experience with QuickBooks (desktop or online), typical turnaround times, and any questions you have about my workflow.
