QuickBooks Accounts & Inventory Management
Budget: ₹1,500 – ₹12,500 INR
I have a Restaurant, need following to be managed in existing QB Online Version:
a. All inventory of the Bar/Drinks/Kitchen etc. to be recorded in the right category. Much of the data is already lying in our QB but may not be under the right Class/Head or Category.
b. Products, Items etc. need to be punched or moved to right head, the way we purchase and match the same i.e. how we sell for e.g. bottle of water purchased in ml but sold Oz etc. This kind of stuff need to be properly matched and punched in QB for constant update on sale to sale basis.
c. Purchase pricing, invoices and sale prices need to be integrated
d. We like to identify loss or wastage or consumption of the purchased products in a particular time frame like weekly, monthly etc.
e. Need to set up of each suppliers payment terms, by EOD all suppliers must be paid and all start as afresh at the start of new month.
f. Need to ensure each n every expense must be recorded in QB, need to be checked with Bank Statements etc.
