Quick books management accounting

We are looking for someone to provide management accounting assistance who are proficient with quickbooks. Will require a 2-4 hours every week to update quick books for two company accounts from bank statements and lists of invoices plus monthly reporting and regular meetings with the financial manager of these companies.
