Quick Lecture on financial statements and ratios

I am looking for a professional who can develop a very simplified material and educate me about the financial statements, ratios, impairments, EBIDA...etc. I have studied several accounting courses in the past, but I need a solid course related to reading and understanding financial statements. Lecturing sessions should be through TEAMS or ZOOM. I think I would need 4 to 5 sessions.
