Quarterly Shopify Accounting & Reporting
Budget: ₹12,500 – ₹37,500 INR
TAGLORIA HOUSE LIMITED is a brand-new UK company running a Shopify store that ships lifestyle and accessory products to customers throughout the EU, Asia and the US. I need a seasoned accounting professional who can take full ownership of our books on a quarterly cycle, keep everything compliant with HMRC and Companies House, and deliver a clean Balance Sheet at the end of each period.
Here is what the engagement looks like from my side:
• Bookkeeping – Reconcile all Shopify, PayPal, Stripe and bank feeds, post multi-currency sales, fees and VAT correctly, and maintain tidy ledgers (QuickBooks Online).
• Financial reporting – Prepare and submit a quarterly Balance Sheet that meets UK GAAP standards, along with short commentary on any variances or risks you spot.
My expectation is that the ledgers balance to the bank within a £1 tolerance and that the Balance Sheet is in my inbox no later than 15 days after each quarter end. I will supply CSV exports, bank statements and any supporting invoices promptly; you handle the rest and flag anything you need from me.
If you have solid experience with e-commerce accounting, multi-currency reconciliations and UK tax compliance, we should be a good fit.
